It's been 500 days since the first and only GTA 6 trailer and fans are eagerly waiting for any news from Rockstar. But there's been nothing just silence. And as we know, when Grand Theft Auto fans are left waiting too long, they start getting desperate.
They argued that Tracey clearly looks very similar to the mud girl noting that both are blonde women with round faces. They also mentioned that GTA 6 happens in 2025 12 years after GTA 5 which was set in 2013. They pointed out that Tracey's actress actually looks even more like the mud girl than Tracey does.
u/BigChubbyFatBoi mentioned that a woman says Well look who's back right after the mud girl appears which is a reference to a viral video, like many parts of the GTA 6 trailer. Coincidence? Who knows. Maybe Tracey will make a cameo and get treated like Johnny Klebitz but a side-by-side of two blonde women might not be enough proof. Still some fans are really convinced by this theory.

This might be a far fetched idea with no real proof and it comes from fans watching the same trailer repeatedly for over a year hoping to spot something new. However some people in the community like the thought of Rockstar giving Tracey another chance and it's hard to blame them.
I really like this theory u/thegoon01 commented. Not only could we see a character from 5 return. but it's also cool to think about Tracey. In 5 she was kind of one dimensional just the preppy whiny Hollywood daughter. The idea of her changing over the years between 5 and 6 moving to Leonida and becoming a wild hillbilly character is really interesting to me.
That would be cool to see u/Armascout said. She was around 17 in GTA 5 so she'd probably be 29 or 30 in GTA 6. I'd be okay with her having a cameo in a tough mudder style mini-game or event.
Doesn't it make sense? Tracey is a party girl who depends too much on her dad. Why wouldn't she go to Florida at 34? u/Wikis_Wonka said supporting the theory.
Maybe we shouldn't take u/BigChubbyFatBoi's opinion too seriously. As others pointed out their profile shows they're a flat earther which explains their logic. Still it has sparked some interest in Tracey's return especially since she was missing from recent GTA Online updates that brought back other single-player characters.
