Baldur's Gate 3 has an Easter egg that mentions Gorion. the mentor and father of the main character (Gorion Ward) in the original Baldur's Gate and Baldur's Gate 2: Shadows of Peace.
If you're in the mood for some light grave-robbing the various tombs in the cemetery in Baldur's Gate's Lower City may prove useful. One area is Gorion's Tomb, which is named after Gorion but isn't actually his tomb. Instead it holds the body of Lord Gregorian Gorion the first High Constable of Baldur's Gate. This is likely a reference to Gorion's Ward the main character from the first Baldur's Gate game.
Such Heavy Bones You Possess A Remarkable Discovery
One interesting fact about Lord Gorion is how much his skeleton weighs. According to a Reddit thread by Kyugurjin Lord Gorion's skeleton weighs 500 pounds. This makes his skeleton the densest ever 50 times heavier than a regular skeleton and at least twice as dense as osmium the densest substance on Earth.

Many people weigh over 500 pounds. This is because of the large amount of fat and/or muscle. Without all that weighing 500 pounds would be impossible except for Lord Gorion. The first High Constable of Baldur's Gate must have weighed over 1000 pounds in life and he probably protected the city by throwing himself and crushing intruders.
This skeleton is so heavy that it is hard to steal. Of course this is a completely futile effort but we all know someone who likes to collect and heal corpses in the party camp. And Personally I prefer to put them where Gale is sleeping.
To lift Lord Gregorian Gorion, you need at least 21 Strength. If you want to lift anything other than the fattest man in Faerun and you will need even more points. The best way to stop looting in tombs is by having a very heavy skeleton.
